District Youth Event – Be Courageous

Our District Youth Events are free, and are aimed at 8-23 year olds and their leaders, and act as a space for gathering together, getting to know other young Methodists from the District, and learning and worshiping together.

This time around we’ll be joined by Jasmine Yeboah, the current Youth President of the Methodist Church, and she’ll be sharing about what her year’s theme “#BeCourageous” means to her, and encouraging us to be courageous.

The outline is as follows:
​3.30 – 5pm: Activities, Sports (in and outdoors) and Crafts
5 – 5.30pm: Food
5.30 – 6pm: Entertainment
6 – 7pm: Worship

**While the main event will be finishing up at 7pm, this time around we are hoping to offer and extended sung worship time “after hours,” primarily for those who are older, who might be interested and able to stay later. this is likely to finish by 8.30pm.**
